Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Generative AI pipelines using state-of-the-art frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Lead the research and development of proprietary LLMs and fine-tuning strategies.
- Design robust MLOps infrastructure for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Extensive experience with Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM fine-tuning.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
