Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 8+ senior engineers and data scientists in the development of next-gen algorithms.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for Horizon 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer products.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and high availability across all cloud environments.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture and AI engineering.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
