Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems specifically tailored for 2026 infrastructure standards, focusing on low-latency edge computing and federated learning.
- Model Strategy: Lead the research and integration of next-gen generative models, including multimodal AI and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment pipeline, ensuring models are optimized for inference speed and resource efficiency on cloud-native platforms.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for stakeholders and non-technical leadership.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced NLP) to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Vector Databases.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical vision to diverse audiences.
