Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines and RAG systems.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in high-traffic environments.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards for data governance, model security, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for MLOps and cloud architecture.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI model architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
