Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust AI infrastructure pipelines capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of proprietary AI models, focusing on inference speed, memory efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, establishing best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for AI integration across product lines, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to safeguard proprietary algorithms and ensure GDPR and CCPA compliance.
- Prototype Development: Rapidly prototype and validate new AI paradigms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience deploying large-scale ML workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex algorithmic challenges and optimize system bottlenecks.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic directives for non-technical stakeholders.
