Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design for high-volume AI inference systems and autonomous agent workflows.
- Project 2026 Roadmap: Translate strategic business goals into technical roadmaps, ensuring milestones for Q1-Q4 2026 are met.
- Model Optimization: Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for reduced latency and increased throughput.
- Infrastructure: Design resilient cloud-native architectures on AWS/Azure, utilizing Kubernetes and serverless technologies.
- Code Quality: Establish coding standards and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges in distributed systems.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving technical decision-making.
