Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement the core infrastructure for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring high scalability, security, and performance.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and predictive analytics engines.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into elegant solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology remains relevant and cutting-edge in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into concrete architectural plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
