Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI core system, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, product, security) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge machine learning models into our production environment using cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and large language models to drive innovation within the 2026 project.
- Optimize existing systems to reduce latency and improve throughput for real-time data processing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
