- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, designing systems that are quantum-ready and future-proof.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Optimize neural network performance, reduce latency, and ensure system resilience under heavy load.
- Stay ahead of emerging technological trends to advise leadership on strategic technology adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and generative AI frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex, large-scale deployments and migrations.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
