Responsibilities
- Architect Vision: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Deep Learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical AI roadmaps.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
