Your Mission:
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models. You will work closely with product managers and data scientists to transform complex data into actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision models.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into production applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to solve real-world business problems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models to production (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, or computer vision algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
