Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Model Development:</strong> Design, train, and fine-tune complex deep learning models for natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applications.</li><li><strong>MLOps Engineering:</strong> Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring models are deployed reliably and monitored in production environments.</li><li><strong>Research & Innovation:</strong> Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and adapt novel architectures to solve real-world business problems.</li><li><strong>Performance Optimization:</strong> Optimize inference speed and reduce model latency to ensure seamless user experiences on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.</li><li><strong>Code Review:</strong> Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to the engineering team's knowledge base through documentation and technical presentations.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or software development with a focus on AI.</li><li><strong>Programming:</strong> Expert-level proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and C++ for high-performance computing.</li><li><strong>Infrastructure:</strong> Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li><strong>Algorithms:</strong> Strong foundation in statistical modeling, optimization algorithms, and distributed systems.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>
