Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Optimize existing AI infrastructure for scalability, speed, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and robustness.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI field and integrate new technologies into our stack.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
