Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for 2026-ready applications.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Lead technical strategy for our core AI models, ensuring ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in high-traffic environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
