We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to lead our next-generation Generative AI initiatives at Nexus Horizon Labs. Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement robust LLM infrastructure and MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific domain tasks, improving accuracy and reducing inference latency.
- Agentic AI: Develop and integrate autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and complex task execution.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into cutting-edge AI features.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and implementing the latest breakthroughs in NLP and Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- LLM Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Tools: Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
