We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of our proprietary Generative AI models. As we gear up for the launch of our flagship product in 2026, we need a master of Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable LLM training pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency for real-time, low-latency applications.
- Conduct research on state-of-the-art architectures (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3, Mistral).
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI features into user-facing applications.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and strict data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Experience with fine-tuning and instruction-tuning LLMs.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (DVC, MLflow, Kubeflow).
