Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure tailored for high-volume, future-ready applications.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to integrate into our core stack, ensuring the company remains a leader in the 2026 market landscape.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy in all new developments.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities with legacy systems and cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP) to create seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Future Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, or Quantum Computing concepts (as applicable to 2026 roadmaps).
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
