Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the strategic technology vision for 2026, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure and predictive modeling.
- Lead AI Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and autonomous systems.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced AI solutions into existing enterprise ecosystems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product managers to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and develop robust mitigation strategies for future-proofing our platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and driving innovation.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex architectural problems in high-pressure environments.
