Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI/ML infrastructure designed for future scalability.
- Define the technical vision and strategy for AI integration across all product lines, specifically focusing on 2026 readiness.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents, to ensure our technology remains competitive.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain the highest standards of software quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
