Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead high-level architectural discussions to integrate Generative AI and Neural Networks into core product lines.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging tech trends to mitigate risks and identify white-space opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for data governance and AI ethics in preparation for 2026 compliance standards.
- Prototype and validate new technologies (AR/VR, Spatial Computing) to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Architecture, or Strategic Technology Management.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
