Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the long-term architectural roadmap for AI integration, specifically focusing on capabilities required by 2026 standards.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems for next-gen Generative AI and Predictive Analytics platforms.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies, including Quantum-Cloud hybrid architectures.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to the highest ethical standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Edge Computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and drive projects from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
