Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed computing clusters.
- Optimize existing infrastructure to support high-volume inference and training workloads.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate new models into the production environment.
- Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system stability.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps practices to accelerate the delivery cycle.
- Define security protocols and compliance standards for AI data handling.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in high-availability systems and fault tolerance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor a team of engineers.
