Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines for production environments.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost using techniques like quantization and distillation.
- Design and refine RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to enhance knowledge accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with AI safety guidelines and ethical AI standards.
- Experiment with cutting-edge architectures such as Mamba or Mixtral to push performance boundaries.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience deploying models via Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
