Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, robust AI/ML systems capable of handling massive data workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging 2026 technology trends, including advanced LLM fine-tuning and federated learning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical integrity of all AI models deployed in production environments.

- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs through efficient engineering practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines from prototype to production.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
