What You Will Do:
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for enterprise-scale applications.
- Lead architectural decisions for our MLOps pipeline and data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary algorithms to maintain our competitive edge in the 2026 market landscape.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabytes of data in real-time.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize transformer models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a collaborative engineering environment that encourages experimentation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and product managers clearly.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data privacy and model integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Core Tech: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, including serverless and containerization technologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate technical debt.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a knack for mentoring and team building.
