Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines tailored for 2026 computing paradigms.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to advance our product roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of large-scale models, ensuring low latency and high throughput.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Deep expertise in LLMs, Transformers, or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
