Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and custom frameworks
- Lead end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment on AWS/GCP
- Develop novel algorithms for computer vision, NLP, and reinforcement learning applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance optimization for real-world impact
- Stay ahead of emerging research in generative AI and ethical AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, distributed computing (Spark, Dask), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record deploying ML models serving 1M+ users with <50ms latency
- Strong background in model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning,θΈι¦)
- Experience with cloud-native ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible ML practices
