Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for real-time data processing and inference
- Lead research and development of novel deep learning architectures for computer vision and NLP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model deployment and monitoring
- Contribute to patent filings for proprietary AI algorithms and optimization techniques
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends through continuous experimentation and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning with 3+ years in senior/lead roles
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Dask)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or equivalent industry impact
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems handling >10M daily transactions
- Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
