Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and model training workflows.
- Lead research initiatives into next-generation generative AI, focusing on LLM fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI features and product roadmaps.
- Establish and maintain MLOps best practices to ensure model reproducibility and monitoring.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
