Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-grade ML pipelines for autonomous decision systems
- Lead quantum algorithm research for real-time optimization challenges
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Develop novel neural network architectures for edge-computing applications
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on hybrid AI-quantum systems
- Translate academic research into scalable commercial solutions
- Present breakthrough findings at premier AI conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science/AI/ML (2020-2026)
- Published research in top-tier ML/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record deploying ML models at 99.99% reliability
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting AI projects
