Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Deep Learning models for predictive analytics and generative tasks.
- Lead the architecture of scalable ML pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of taking models from research to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
