Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient machine learning algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Research and integrate the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and technical excellence.
- Deploy models to production environments using containerization and orchestration tools.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software development.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and training strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
