As a key member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical software engineering, deploying next-gen algorithms in cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead the development of quantum-inspired neural networks and AGI architectures.
- System Design: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Code Optimization: Refine algorithms for quantum hardware compatibility, ensuring maximum efficiency and throughput.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in distributed systems and high-dimensional data spaces.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
