Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling exascale data processing by 2026.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the research and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models.
- Neuromorphic Optimization: Develop algorithms optimized for low-power, high-efficiency hardware environments.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition, ensuring all systems are future-proofed against emerging tech standards.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers and data scientists to bridge the gap between theoretical AI and physical implementation.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software architecture, specifically within the AI/ML space.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unsolved problems in system scalability and algorithm efficiency.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate technological shifts and integrate them into long-term product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
