Responsibilities

- Publication & Innovation: Author high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish Horizon 2026 as an industry thought leader.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex research into practical, user-centric applications.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the department.
- Performance Optimization: Rigorously analyze model performance and optimize inference speeds to ensure real-time responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or deep learning research.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated history of publishing at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle unstructured problems and derive insights from complex datasets.
