Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary Generative AI models.
- Collaborate with Quantum Computing teams to optimize algorithmic efficiency.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists.
- Publish research papers and contribute to open-source communities.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong background in data privacy and AI ethics.
