- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, rigorous experimentation, and scientific excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product engineering and business units to translate complex research findings into scalable, production-ready products.
- Patents & Publications: Author high-impact research papers and secure patents for novel methodologies in the AI space.
- Competitive Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the global AI landscape to ensure Nexus Neural Systems remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed training systems.
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated history of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or holding patents in AI/ML.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps for a rapidly evolving market.
