Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Model Deployment: Translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready software solutions using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define technical requirements and drive product innovation.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Publication: Contribute to academic and industry publications to establish 2026 as a thought leader in the AI space.
- Performance: Continuously monitor model performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, research, or a related domain.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Deep understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud-native architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems with data-driven solutions.
