Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research and development of advanced AI models, focusing on generative architectures.
- Design and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and analysis to validate new methodologies.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to translate research findings into production-ready applications.
- Present research findings at top-tier conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Establish and mentor a team of junior researchers and engineers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in applied AI research or a related role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Proven track record of publishing in top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data pipeline management.
