Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI models and Large Language Models.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and benchmarking of AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy research findings into production environments.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD interns to foster a culture of innovation.
- Publish high-impact papers at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and major deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with training large-scale models on distributed systems (e.g., Ray, Horovod).
- Proven track record of publishing research in peer-reviewed venues.
