Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on advanced LLMs and multimodal architectures.
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Research Publication: Author high-impact papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) to establish thought leadership.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production systems.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure models are efficient, scalable, and deployable in high-volume environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research roles within top-tier tech companies or academic institutions.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks, NLP, or computer vision. Proficiency in C++ and CUDA is a plus.
- Publication Record: Demonstrated history of publishing in reputable peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive novel solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
