Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures to achieve state-of-the-art performance in NLP and generative tasks.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from data curation and training to fine-tuning and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our core product ecosystem.
- Conduct rigorous research to address ethical AI challenges, including bias mitigation and model interpretability.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community to establish thought leadership.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, or ICLR.
- Demonstrated experience deploying large-scale models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
