Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact research initiatives aimed at achieving breakthrough results by the launch date of 2026.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures optimized for edge computing and large-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and ethicists to translate theoretical research into scalable products.
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at top-tier AI conferences to establish industry thought leadership.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in complex AI systems before they impact the roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in research roles within top-tier tech companies, research labs, or academia.
- Proven expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and high-performance computing.
- Strong publication record in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or ACL.
- Experience with large language models, multimodal learning, or reinforcement learning is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the long-term implications of AI technology.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
