Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures, focusing on Transformers and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in deep learning and machine learning research.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of publishing in reputable academic venues.
