Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Spearhead the architectural vision for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends and ensuring long-term system viability.
- Design Quantum-Ready Systems: Architect cloud-native solutions that are scalable and prepared for the integration of quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead High-Stakes Projects: Direct complex engineering initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while maintaining high code quality standards.
- Optimize Performance: Implement advanced strategies for distributed systems and machine learning model deployment to maximize throughput and reduce latency.
- Mentor & Inspire: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering technical growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker; experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical strategies for a 3-5 year horizon (e.g., the 2026 roadmap).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
