Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline strategic milestones for AI integration by the year 2026, focusing on scalability and ethical standards.
- Quantum Readiness Assessment: Evaluate current infrastructure and develop a comprehensive strategy for integrating quantum computing capabilities into our product suite.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation AI models before market release.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for investors, clients, and internal teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global trends, emerging competitors, and regulatory shifts to keep Nexus Future Labs ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into long-term business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, LLMs, and the potential of Quantum Computing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
