- Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Multimodal Learning, Edge AI) and evaluate their potential impact.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Oversee the technical feasibility of ambitious projects and manage risk in rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, architecture, or product strategy.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI solutions in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
