Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the roadmap for Generative AI products, ensuring alignment with 2026 technological standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proprietary AI models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering strategies.
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance models to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate technical capabilities into high-impact business strategies.
- Monitor industry trends (e.g., Multimodal AI, Neural Architecture Search) to integrate emerging technologies into our stack.
- Optimize inference costs and latency for real-time AI applications deployed globally.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Proven track record of leading AI projects from concept to production, with at least 7 years of experience in the tech industry.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with hands-on experience in training large-scale transformer models.
- Strong understanding of LLM architecture (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership in high-stakes environments, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
