Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, aligning architecture with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems using next-gen technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and architectural assessments to identify risks and opportunities for future growth.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to prepare for the 2026 landscape.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new systems into existing infrastructures.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Proven expertise in designing enterprise-grade solutions with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience integrating AI/ML workflows into legacy systems for 2026 readiness.
