Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance distributed systems tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and standards that ensure long-term maintainability and innovation.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Guide junior and senior engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies like quantum algorithms and edge computing.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current infrastructure and implement solutions to improve latency, throughput, and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Stack Proficiency: Deep expertise in high-level languages (Go, Rust, or Java) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Systems Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant systems capable of handling millions of requests per second.
- Quantum Readiness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or experience building hybrid classical-quantum systems is a major plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
